Hello, is it safe enough to train in the evening, while on 72 hour fast? I want to train everyday with my friend in the evening
Yes, i do.I train first thing in the mornings and kind of auto regulate through a fasting period, eg. first morning is most intense, heavier weights. Second morning lighter or less volume, then third morning go on how I feel. Which is strange some of these I have ridiculous energy and I smash it, others I am dragging my arse and it’s more cardio/movement going through the motions.Just make sure I’m on top of the snake juice and it’s been fine for me.
