I have been doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) for a year straight, specifically where I eat my meal every 23-24 hours and nothing will go into my mouth during my fasting period except for water and sometimes, I will have black coffee with no additives.
Since then, I have never broken my routine and I am super strict about my eating schedule. It has not been a struggle and super easy to do but I noticed that ever since I have been doing OMAD, I would occasionally have dreams where I would break my fast and end up eating at least two meals a day.
The dream would either result in me feeling okay about it or me going into full panic mode because I broke my OMAD routine but after I wake up, I would sigh in relief that it was just a dream.
I just wanted to know if anybody experiences dreams similar to what I am experiencing and for anybody who likes to study dreams, what do you think this could possibly mean?
Yep, I’ve been there.
But I think it’s just like having a dream about missing a test or being late for something. We dream crazy scenarios and have a brief panic when we wake up.
Several months ago, I had to cut gluten and oats because I’m nursing my son and he’s allergic. I’ve had many a nightmare about eating something I shouldn’t.
It’s all just a bad dream in the end. I don’t think it means anything.
