I know that fresh cabbage and cabbage juice contains vitamin U but what about when it’s dried/powdered in capsules? Is it destroyed in that process?
I am not able to find that much info out there. Thanks
i dunno. but you can get capsules specifically with vitamin u (S-Methylmethionine) in it.
if i had to guess, the powders are waste products after the cabbages are juiced. theres obviously vitamin u lost in the juicing but there might still be some in the pulp. you would have to have a lot of capsules though. its advised to take 1 liter of cabbage juice a day. if the powder is as concentrated as the juice, thats 2000 capsules a day.
