I just started doing a 16:8 fast. My day starts around 4am, I start eating at 11am. Should I take my vitamins in the morning or when I start eating?
Some vitamins are water soluble (C, B12) but others are fat soluble (A, D, E) so it depends on what you’re taking. Water soluble vitamins should be ok anytime (but may cause upset stomach for some), but for maximum absorption, the best time to take fat-soluble vitamins is after you’ve eaten foods that contain fat.
