My favorite way to track progress is not the scale, it is the clothes that don’t fit me no mo… I just finished a 4 day fast and one of my test shirts is looking a lot better! I mean it is still a bit tight but it is getting there.
Question; obviously right after the fast I’m low on hydration. Is that dehydration enough to throw off your body measurements?
I’m assuming your a man. Any women would confirm that around your period your dress size goes up about 2 sizes. It’s bloating from water. I’d imagine if you stay in calorie deficit or fast again you won’t loose your progress.
