The night I broke my fast and ate, I was 198. The next day I was 194. Anyone know why I lost 4 pounds after introducing food? I’m pretty sure I didn’t eat 4 lbs of food but I could be wrong. Would there be any of explanation?
Keto people usually call it a ‘woosh’ I think, it happens sometimes when you have some carbs after being in ketosis. As always, if you suddenly lose a bunch of weight, it’s water, so make sure you’re rehydrating.
