Hello. How can I view the photos people post in this thread of their results. I’ll see some photos posted, and can never find them again. Is there a way around this? Thank you in advance.
Kind of disappointed no one answered this - YouTube is about the best source I’ve found of pictures or videos of people in before and after extended dry fasts. The results - especially depending on how fat a person was when starting are absolutely astounding in every case. I remember finding one video from a determined lady that went 10 days AND did light exercise…her stomach had to have lost 4 inches+ in 10 days. I was floored. If you’re interested I can hunt and post a few links to videos.
