I did a lot of narrowing of eating window. Then just tried to see how long I could go and still feel good. I stop when I don’t feel good which was earlier in the first few times. I now am stopping bc I am bored and feel like eating for social and taste reasons not bc of hinger. To be fair though I am taking a low dose of Ozempic and have been since July so not sure how much more difficult it might be off it. But I have done omad in the past and felt good while not on any medication.
