i’m a beginner (i’ve only done IF for a couple of weeks) so i guess i have many questions for vegan/plant based fasters: do you follow a keto diet in between fasts? (it seems difficult to do keto without eating animals, so i would ask: how?) if you don’t do keto, what do you usually eat before/after a fast and what fasting regime do you follow? what have you noticed works best for you in general?
I normally break my fast with a small salad where most of the calories come from oil, avocado or tahini, nuts and seeds.
It is defo possible to be vegan and keto but I still enjoy carbs inbetween fasts !
