I recently saw a table that showed fasting times based on your age group - age 35-45 should be 16:8, 45-55 should be 18:6.
Is this realistic or just too much of a blanket statement?
See, I’ve seen other sources claim that women over 50 shouldn’t exceed 14/10! Personally I think all of that sort of blanket “advice” is just people yapping. Each individual should figure out what kind of IF works best for their body and their lifestyle.
