Alright, share your favorite filling night time snack. (150 cals or less preferably). I like to start my fasts feeling nice and full, but I haven’t found a good evening snack before starting. I love having some low cal popcorn, but it definitely isn’t filling long term.

Update: I think I just created my new favorite.

-Quaker Instant Oatmeal (Peaches and Cream or Apple Cinnamon) - 110 cals made with water-Breyers Carb smart vanilla ice cream on top - ~41 cals for one scoop.

Very filling and reminded me of peach or apple crisp with ice cream. 😊 I am so satisfied and only 151 calories!

Right at 190 or so. Quick oats with pbfit peanut butter powder to flavor it. Also has protein. Sugar free maple syrup to sweeten and a sliced up banana.

It’s like a pb and banana sandwich but with oatmeal.
