For me, it’s bananas. Always helps with lethargy.
Homemade trail mix. Almonds, walnuts, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds. Sometimes I add dark chocolate chunks.It can stay fresh for a while. It is easy to make (throw everything into a container). And it has protein & healthy fats :)
Excluding produce (as this fluctuates year round and is limited by freshness) my favorite snack forsomething sweet is super dark chocolate or sweetened cacao nibs and for something savory i keep pita chips and make hummus (always keep cans of chickpeas)
