Honest Question and I’m being hard on you out of love:

Is having diarrhea worse than being fat? Double check your inner self and make sure you are quitting for the right reasons. If you’ve tried everything else - are you totally throwing in the towel and ready to accept being miserable with your body forever?

This is all mental my friend. Even the physical can be equated to mental.

You could try easing into it and give your body more time to adjust to the change. Start from your usual eating routine and increase your fasting time by 15 minutes every couple of days, or an hour once a week, something like that.
