I really just started and I’m on a 6 day streak. I took my nephew to school today and bought him McDonald’s breakfast. He didn’t finish his Orange juice before we got to school so he gave me his last little bit. I took. Big drink before I realized I shouldn’t have it while the straw was still in my mouth lol did I fuck up and have to end my fast now? Or can I keep going?
I mean, technically yes but don’t sweat it. Plenty of people dirty fast with good results (less than 30 calories). IF is a lifestyle and doesn’t need to be a crazy rigid one. Keep going with your normal fast and don’t worry!
