I have like 15 mins for my morning break at work. I usually use lots of milk to cool it down quickly as I need to gulp and go! (There’s no freezer in work so I can’t use ice cubes or anything.)
You could also try using a different vessel. Ceramic mugs are designed to hold heat. I have a wooden one that is thick enough to not scorch my hands but I notice that coffee and tea cook down faster in it.
I prefer coffee at room temp…If you have access to coffee at home, you can make the night before. Ill usually brew a big pot, pour into glass Starbucks jars, leave on the counter, and wallah…good to grab right away in the am
I know this won’t cool off your coffee any faster but I’m going to start IF again and I like to use Splenda French vanilla liquid sweetener in my coffee. No calories and I get a little flavor in my coffee.
