How can I get everything needed for a healthy meal in a single meal ?

Hey guys, I’m new to IF and I’ve got the question above.

I’m a 24 yo guy that’s been fat for a long time and I’m not particularly fond of sports, so I thought I’d try losing weight through IF.

So I’m thinking of reducing myself to one meal a day, most likely in the evening but of course, I still wanna eat a balanced and healthy diet.

For me, such a diet has some proteines, some grain stuff (whole grain bread, cereals or something), raw and cooked vegetables, fruits and a bit of carbs. Maybe also some dairy products. I know I can eat all that in a day, but in a single meal ? That’s quite a challenge.

Also I’d like to reduce my meat consumption but I’m not sure where else to find proteines. But I can just google that.

Answer

Well red meat and fish are by far the most nutrient dense foods out there for nutrition. Getting all the vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes in one meal isn’t happening but you can supplement most of them decently well.
