How can I prove that Psi compounds the effects of a dry fast?

Based on multiple personal experiences with breaking a dry fast with psi, I feel that it compounds the effects of a dry fast. Aside from a greater weight loss, the rejuvenation that I feel in my skin is amplified. Are there any other ways to determine and prove that it actually amplifies the benefits associated with dry fasting?

Has anyone else experienced these effects themselves that would care to chime in and elaborate?

Answer

I don’t think I know what psi you’re referring to. I think of psi as a an acronym for “pounds per square inch” which refers to the amount of pressure in a vessel.

Pretty sure that’s not what you’re asking about.
