Just curious how y’all drink your snake juice, do you just pound it a couple times a day or do you sip it throughout the day? What’s easier and does it matter how you drink it?
I put it in a 20 ounce cup with a straw, and put the straw way in the back of my mouth and take 3-4 gulps, then chase with water. I only have to do this once every 45-60 minutes from 7am to 7pm to get my three packets. It’s maybe like ten seconds of discomfort for no horrible side effects of electrolyte deficiency. Total it’s about 10 seconds multiplied by 12 times, for a total of two ish minutes of discomfort for a whole day. It’s really not bad at all when you think of it this way! That being said, my snake juice is more concentrated because of my system. I don’t like to “sip” salty water all day. I’d rather get my 4-5 ounces every hour and be done.
I’m just starting. So just to clarify, I supposed to use 3 packets a day or make my own 3 times a day. I’ve only been doing 1 a day and drinking water. I’m a newbie be gentle and point me to the diet instructions please. My friend just told me how it works. So this maybe be why I’m not seeing the results. Thanks. Geri
