I saw many stories here where people cured eczema? And most fasting books claims it can cure allergies? What was your experience though?
Celiacs got better. Saw results day 1. Had IBS caused by Celiacs. A day after hitting autophagy all IBS symptoms have been gone.
I also have shellfish allergy and haven’t noticed a difference with that at all.
