Anyone see any improvements for stubborn acne scars, discoloration & wrinkles. How many days did you fast for this?
Would a 3-4 day dry fast every 2-4 weeks for an entire year be enough or do I really need to do opt for one of those extreme 10+ day dry fasts to get into deep autophagy to correct them?
I am debating whether it is more effective to do longer periods of dry fast but less often or shorter periods of dry fast but more often for these type of skin issues.
I noticed a big shift in my skin with dryfasting. I was sun tanned (very dark) then stopped last year and now I am back to fair which is my natural and almost no age spots!I do omad with shorter dry fast for the most part.
