Why do you keep showing every few weeks asking the same exact question?Looking at your profile I suspect an eating disorder and this is very concerning.You have done that so many times and you also allegedly tried to fast yourself.Wouldn’t you know?
You’re apparently not able to fast but you also talk of trying to do long water fasts or replicate the 20 days dry fast again and again.

Depends! I just broke a 4.5 day dry fast this morning and lost 15 lbs. In February did 5 days and lost 20 lbs. Both hard dry fast. It is really how your body responds to dry fasting. Best of luck on your fast.
Hi there! I’m currently on day 6 of a 7-day dry fast and I’m down 21.3 lbs. Most of that weight is water after going on a vacation for 8 days! I’ve heard anywhere from .25lbs of fat all the way to 3 lbs a day. I guess it depends on your body and individual situation. For me, I can expect a net loss of 1.8lbs / Day on a 7 day fast. Are you experienced with any type of fasting? Would love to hear more about your journey!
