I’m by no means a nutritionist but have done some of my own digging into this. Onions and garlic are very good for you, but they only have certain vitamins, like Vitamin C and B6. So, ideally your diet is balanced so you get a wide range of vitamins/nutrients. For example, try adding some spinach and tomatoes into your eggs to get vitamins A and K. I’ve been on a kick of sautéing onions, tomatoes, hatch green chilis and a little spinach together and putting it on top of my scrambled eggs with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some hot sauce.😋

And for what it’s worth, I find garlic and onions to be the easiest to eat daily, too! They are so yummy and go with everything.
