I’ve done quite a bit of fasting over the years and am doing IF now. How do you avoid over eating when you break your fast.
Here’s what I had for the day (OMAD):
Total calories: No idea, maybe slightly too many (my nominal sedentary TDEE is ~1.9k); note that #1, #2 and 4 were full-blown, rather generous portions. Point is that with whole foods (save for the pasta which nonetheless isn’t a daily thing) it really takes effort to substantially overeat, as satiety simply gets in the way. That’s pretty much how I lost the weight and intend to keep it off.
