I finish dinner around 7-7:30, then don’t eat anything else until around noon the next day. I just do this because I’m not hungry in the morning. Am I intermittent fasting?
It sounds like it, but it also depends on whether you’re consuming any calories during that timeframe where you aren’t eating! So beverages with calories (ie. milk, juice) for example could break the fast. I know people define IF differently but this is how I understand it!
