…and I’m still doing good!
I lost 30lbs doing a messy keto 18:6 last year for about 8 months. Then I decided to switch over and start bulking. I’ve been eating carbs and only skipping breakfast occasionally and my weight remains stable AND I’m putting on muscle.
Just wanted to update yall cuz I know people tend to forget to post long term results.
Same. I did it for 1,000 days and that felt like a good stopping point. My weight fluctuates within maybe a 5-7lbs range. Sometimes up sometimes down. Only occasionally eat breakfast. Still feel great!
