I did IF for several months. ADF (alternate day fasting) for a few months. Had a month or so of varied fasting times (a globbed up mix of IF, 3 day fasts, 2 day fasts, and even a stint of PSMF (protein sparing modified fast) - everything all mixed up).
I lost 70 pounds in all that time. I was ready to go back to ADF, where I felt the happiest with weight loss and skin tightening. Honestly, I would do rolling 72 hour fasts for skin tightening, but I can’t exercise as hard as I like when i fast 3 days.
Anywho, I’m about a week back into ADF … and I’m HUNGRY on fast days. I keep waiting for it to get easier, but it’s not. I’m even eating my TDEE on eating days, whereas before I would eat about 500 deficit on eating days.

I wonder if it has to do with ghrelin levels(even tho the study says levels didn’t change much)
