My wife is an angel and loves to make me lunch and dinner. Even though it’s keto it’s usually high calorie. I told her I’m doing spam and pickles for the next month so relax baby. She is so sweet that if she cooks it I have to eat it and she doesn’t weight the food so the macros are a mystery. I’m committed to eating spam, cream cheese and pickles only for the next month while doing 18:6, I’m just ranting and declaring my intentions so I have to back it up. Thanks for listening. Peace.
Everyone has different goals and ways to get there. For me my girlfriend understands my goals and that I like to keep lean year-round. So I pretty much fix all my own food and she’s respectful of that. She also understands my fasting schedule and training regimens. Personally I think having a partner that understands and respects your boundaries with food is very important. Best wishes 👊🐍
I’ve been doing OMAD Keto.
Caused a fight with my wife over the weekend. She found some prepackaged dinner at the grocery. Full of carbs and about half of the calories I’m eating once a day.
Her position: she had gone to the trouble of fixing it and I was being a jerk by not eating it.
