Intermittent fasting and bodybuilding at the same time?

Is anything here doing intermittent fasting and bodybuilding at the same time? I just feel these are two conflicting things. I have been doing these two for 3 months. There was some progress at the beginning (I gained 3kg) but I got stuck after that. My eating window is around 5 hours and I have two meals a day. So I can just eat so much food in five hours. That’s my main problem. If anyone is doing this as well, I would love to hear how you do it and your thoughts. Thanks!

Many, many of us do it.

And we all do it on different schedules.
