400-500 ml milk with 60 grams of oats.Omega 3 pill with also multivitamins in it. You can add a low fat protein shake if you like so you get some proteins already in. This will feel like alot if you take the shake also, but its gonna make me full for atleast 3-4 hours. And oats are like almost the best thing there is when it comes to being healthy and losing weight.

I’m sure there are good fiber focus breakfast too but right now I’m not into that
