What’s a good fast food breakfast item?

I’m not a huge breakfast eater, but what’s everybody’s go-to breakfast item at the major national US fast food chains? Something healthy-ish?

Edit: not really looking for an every day meal, just for those days when I don’t have time to fix something at home, gotta get the kids to school & get to work.

Answer

Probably not realistic with fast food. If I want to be healthy on the go I eat granola/nut bars, fruit or a protein shake/smoothie. You could meal prep some healthy breakfast burritos or something like that. Otherwise stick to stuff like: Greek yogurt, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat toast.

Answer

I like to get the Starbucks egg white bites and a bag of dehydrated apple chips. I think it’s a reasonably healthy choice, when homemade breakfast isn’t an option. It won’t fill you up for long though, really more of a snack until you can get to a better option.

Answer

Kale & mushroom egg bites from Starbucks. It’s pretty difficult as most fast-food breakfast is bacon/sausage, terrible types of bread and processed cheese.

Lunch & dinner is easier, lots of healthy choices on the Chick-fil-A menu.
