Just getting into this but WOW!!!!

Hi y’all! I’m a 29 (F) SW:209, CW: 193, GW: 145

I work in property management so I’m lightly active. I’ve been suffering with weight gain post COVID. I had lost 43 lbs in 6 months but gained it back over the course of 2 years now. Depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia plagued me. I stumbled across this and the results are incredible!! I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

I’m having a hard time figuring out what works best for me. OOMD or 20:4, I have noticed my energy levels are still adjusting but I have an easier time waking up in the mornings (forever a snooze bottom lover!!) my biggest fear is gaining it all back once I reach my goal weight. Especially since it’s already coming off so quickly.

Answer

The key is acknowledging this as your new way of living. Most of the folks I know and read about lose the weight and then go back to their previous ways of eating. Sadly if that way of eating didn’t work before why would it work now?
