Just started Snake Juice Fast... I have some questions (Females please help)

I’m super new to this whole Snake Juice Diet thing.

I tried to find as much information as I could by watching some videos on YouTube, joining the groups on FB + reddit but it’s all still really confusing to me.

After this 48 hour fast, I have no idea what I can/cannot eat. My goal is to lose fat and only build muscle in my glutes. I don’t want to be a body builder lol. I’m doing a hard dry fast (I think). I’m only drinking snake juice and no contact with water at all. I bought the packets on Amazon and I drink 1 Liter + 2 packets.

Can someone please tell me what I should eat? What the ratios are? Also, I keep seeing people say Snake Juice is really salty but mine isn’t that salty, do I need to be worried?

I keep seeing posts for Spam & Pickles… but I don’t want to do that. I don’t eat spam, and I’m assuming it’s for people who really want to build muscle? Sorry if I sound stupid, I’m just really confused and I don’t have the patience to sit through hours and hours of videos.

Answer

Keep it lowcarb otherwise you will struggle with bloating, weight gain (water retentiom because 1 g carb = 4 g water linked to it for storage). Carbs will trigger cravings and falling off the wagon.Source: me. How many times? Dont ask.

Concrete: no bread / pizza / pasta / sweets / any dough-based things. I dont do spam and pickles either. I try VLCKD with green veggies, mostly lean cuts of meat, eggs and some mayo.

However I suggest you do read into nutrition because it’s pretty cool, it will keep you entertained and motivated to keep going.

Answer

Diet is personalized. Some people eat low carb to accelerate the fat loss and others eat low carb because they have diabetes. Basically you have to find out what works for you. Experiment around a little bit and see how your body tolerates certain foods and weigh yourself every single day. Be careful with dry fasting make sure you get your electrolytes in. Best wishes 👊🐍
