If I make the Snake juice recipe, is that for the whole day? I drink 2 gallons of water, so can I just add the snake juice to my normal daily intake thru out the day otherwise I’d have that liter polished off before 10am. Thank you in advance, I’m new to this.
Its not a hard and fast rule (no pun intended). The less SJ you drink, the less fluids you drink, the more you are going into Dry Fasting territory. And dry fasting is an ‘accelerant’ if you will on the whole autophagy and fat loss processes.
