Has anyone incorporated L glutamine into your diet while doing IF? if so what were your results? Powder or capsule?
I do a capsule of 800 mg after my morning workouts along with lysine and BCAAs. Only started recently. Hoping it helps immune system stress because I usually don’t eat 4-5 hours after working out.
Tbh a lot of sources says L Glutamine isn’t really needed to supplement though. Too early to tell for me
