Answer

I’ve taken it, off and on. I never really noticed a difference in recovery, gains, reduced soreness or frankly anything. No side effects associated with it, but honestly, no benefits (for me), either.

Answer

As with most supplements, you won’t exactly notice the difference between taking it and not taking it. However, the science is behind it so in theory it helps. I take it every night before bed. Most people take it post workout, but it makes more sense to me to take it before bed since it helps with recovery and you recover when you sleep.

Answer

Glutamine is the main energy source for your enterocytes (cells that line your intestine), that’s pretty much what it’s purpose is. If you’re not taking it to help w some sort of digestion issue or the make keep your gut cells healthy and full of energy then i don’t know the efficacy behind it.
