Would putting lemon slices in a glass of water during the fasting time be ok, or no?
It’s a cheat, but you can maybe handle it for a while, especially if it helps you not eat after dinner. I used seltzer water with ice and lime for months when I started, because I needed the action of mixing a drink (I was sobering up along with IF) and I lost weight well, still.But I was crazy fat. Super duper. Not eating made me lose weight.
So if you do it, the lemon, do it with the knowledge that you need to phase it out and if you get hung up and can’t lose, look here for a change.
Mainly though, don’t eat after dinner.
