The dreaded 234.6lbs. I knew where I was headed, can’t say I’m surprised. But now I know what I’m capable of. So starting tomorrow (Oct 1st) I’m back at it. So hopefully when 2023 rolls in I’m back to where I felt best. Just posted this for accountability really, and this place is such a great place for support and really helped me on my journey last year! Good luck and stay healthy everyone!
You got this! When it comes to backsliding of any kind (wait regain, smoking, falling off your exercise routine) I always remind friends and family that you just begin again. Unless you have a time machine that’s the only choice besides giving up.
Like other posters said, see if you can figure out things you can do differently this time around during “maintenance”.
The one thing I’d suggest you absolutely don’t do is spend any more time beating yourself up over it.
