When you do intermittent fasting, can I still eat carbs? Or is it better to keep low carbs?

I recommend experimenting to find out what works for you.
For me it’s best to reduce carbs (but not as much as keto), I still eat some fruit and have rice/potatoes once or twice a week. I make sure to get plenty of protein and fibre.
I, personally, do great on low carb. Low carb doesn’t have to be NO carb so you can still eat some.
Different people respond differently, you have to find what threshold works for you. That’s why Atkins had people start out with as little carbs as possible (for 2 weeks, I think), then had people gradually add them back in.
