Im M 20 So I’m at my 6th day of my hard dryfasting now with workout so somewhere along the day I’d be smelling like your sweaty ass classmate, It was going well until my parents said that my room feels like its throwing a Body Odor party, knowing that my parents aren’t comfortable with the way I stank I decided to find a way to make myself Hygenic without touching any water because ofcourse its hard dry fasting, I’m in a lot of disappointment last year 2022 and I’m pushing Myself to be better and care for myself so I don’t want to cheat my dry fasting experience via showering and so I decided to put Baby Powder around my body and cleaned my room, and It’s working so far I smell fresh I feel great and my one concern tho is Is it okay to put Baby powder on my body? Does it break my fast?
I would rather have quick shower rather putting something else like baby powder on my body.
But you already did it, you still have not consumed anything through digestive system, that’s all it maters.
I would not go with all or nothing concept. It’s better to have a bit longer soft dry fast rather hard dry, but feel miserable and unclean towards others.
I do not know why are you fasting for, but from your “I’m in a lot of disappointment last year 2022” it doesn’t seem you are fasting to heal anything in particular. For general health and detoxication, I believe extended soft dry fasting with having cold showers once in a while is already enough.
