Hey! I’m a 19yr, 5’6 woman who currently weighs 330lbs, I’m wanting to get into at least the lower 200s, I’m wanting to both lose weight & get more athletic so I can be healthier & feel better in my own body, I’ve heard a lot of good things about fasting & was wondering how exactly to start that, I currently have issues with binge eating that I’m also trying to get a hold of

Hi I’m also 19 and about 5’6:5’7 and started at 290.8lb. I’m also dealing with binge eating but it’s got a lot better with intermittent fasting. I would suggest starting with 16:8 fasting and pick a window that works for you, e.g: (8am-4pm), then you can eat when you want between that. Try and make it as healthy as possible, but if you focus on keeping a sustainable deficit that should work. You could also add in light exercises like waking if you like. Before you know it you’ll be at the low 200’s! :)
