I used to do 16:8 and lost a bunch of weight from it. I took about a year break because I was pretty happy with the outcome, but now I want to start up again and I am not seeing progress. When I did it the first time, I saw results within a week of doing it. I don’t know what I am doing differently :(
Side note: I’m about a week away from my period so maybe it could be the bloating?
A few days before my period my hormones definitely don’t help. I tend to go up 5lbs during, just from bloating and water retention. I give myself a bit more slack and don’t focus on the number that week. just being consistent and staying focused and will weigh in after.
