Just started IF a couple days ago. My eating window is 6:30a-2:30p, because I get too hungry when I wake up and need my breakfast. My question is when is the optimal time to exercise? Right before my first meal in the morning (6a), in the middle of my eating window (12p) , or during my fast at night (7p)? Or does it even matter? Thank you!
You should look up Dr Micheal Greger. He talks about optimal workout time. I don’t think it really matters, but if your looking for wait loss specifically then first thing in the morning while fasted. I could be mistaken on this though
