NSV—My plantar fasciitis is unexpectedly improving

I’ve been fasting, mostly rolling 40-48s, for about 6 weeks. I realized yesterday morning that I had gotten out of bed and walked almost normally, instead of hobbling like a very old lady because my feet are so stiff. I did not expect this! Nothing else has changed, except I’m eating Keto and fasting. And coincidentally or not, I’m suddenly less inflamed. PF has been plaguing me for about 4 years. I’ve managed the pain by wearing very ugly shoes, but that never helped the morning stiffness. Suddenly my tendons work in the morning.

Answer

I’ve had a similar experience with tennis elbow, severe inflammation of the tendon. I did OMAD, curcumin supplement and eating chicken cartilage for a week and the inflammation was completely gone, no medication needed :)

Fasting is a powerful tool indeed.
