I’m thinking of doing rolling 72s and eventually working my way up to rolling 120s until I hit my goal weight. I want to make sure I’m getting the nutrients my body needs in between fasts. What are some nutrient dense meal ideas?
assuming you’re gonna be staying on low-carb foods, a sample meal I would eat is:
cauliflower mash with spices of your choice and butter/sour cream in it, very large serving of various pan-seared low-carb veggies, rib-eye or other fatty cut of steak
