What foods provide similar nutrition to eating fish?
I mean I guess it would depend what nutrient you were going for? As far as omega 3’s can go, it’s the best source other than algae omega supplement which is apparently comparable. In my own experience I’ve tried replacing fish with flax and chia to help my eczema but fish/high quality fish oil is the only thing that’s worked to combat my eczema nutritionally.
I know how to solve this issue. I have a plan to reorder society on a local scale.
I plan to start a community like the one depicted in “The Village”. I thought it all through.
If I were the eccentric cult leader of one of a hermit community I’d rig speakers throughout the surrounding forest that typically played eerie, gibberish whispering that doesn’t quite sound human punctuated with loud moments of excruciating banshee screams echoing through the trees.
Any children or adults that stumble across the speakers will be brought to the re-education cabin to reconcile their acute cognitive dissonance.
