OMAD constipation: how would you supplement with fibre?

OMAD makes me constipated, but I’m losing weight really fast so I want to keep going. How do you supplement with fibre?

Maybe homemade bran cookies? Or simply sprinkle half a cup of bran over my meal?

I also want to stay away from products like Metamucil and psyllium husk because they seem to make me even more constipated.

Lots of veggies, beans, basically if you center your meal around whole plant foods you will greatly increase the fiber content. Another thing is to make a smoothie with fruits and vegetables to drink with your meal. A key thing though is to make sure you increase your fiber gradually so that your gut biome can adjust, otherwise you may get gas/bloating/unpleasantness.
