Are all organic cooking oils in Europe processed using physical methods such as pressing? Are companies allowed to use chemicals such as solvents to produce organic oil? Thanks.
looking at eu regulation 834/2007 and my local supermarket‘s shelves I would assume they can‘t use solvents. but even the generic nonorganic rapeseed oil I get there is already pressed without solvents
