Does IF just stop working for anyone else? I was doing 23/1. I lost 30 lbs. i wasn’t tracking my calories or macros. Suddenly the weight came back and wouldn’t come off. Now 23/1 isn’t enough to make me lose weight. Please make it make sense.
If you lost 30 pounds and didn’t cut your calories down, then you’re either eating at maintenance or overeating.
IF for weight loss doesn’t work without tracking your caloric intake.
If it’s not your calories, then you might have a medical/hormonal issue that you need to see your doctor about.
But it’s usually your calories.
Until you count calories you have no idea how much you’re consuming. It can be shocking the first time you do it, but eventually you learn the foods that give you the most satisfaction per calorie.
Use a food scale. Don’t eyeball anything. You are obviously eating more than your body burns if you’re gaining weight.
