Please check out my plan & tell me what kind of results it should (realistically) yield

Hello, ladies & gents. I am a 38 F 5’10 224 lb (yikes) wishing for a child in the near future. I am having a hard time keeping up the motivation over longer spans of time although I can fast with no fuss (longest was a 5 day water fast with no issues and I’ve done 1-2 day ones every now&then). Keto flu used to scare me a while ago, now I barely feel it anymore.

My plan would be to do 48’s and 72’s all throughout June / July with a daily routine of kettlebells for 20 mins daily. (15 kgs weights).

What do you think I can realistically expect from such a regimen in terms of weight loss? I need to drop the weight so that I eventually, hopefully, start a pregnancy with better metabolic health. It will not be my first preg, and with all my ups & downs weightwise, my hormones seem to still work clockwork perfect in that department.

Hey, would you like a fasting friend? I’m a 39 female, 5’6”, 181, doing rolling 72’s through the rest of June and July. I’m also trying to get down 30 or more pounds so I can try for one last baby. So, same boat!
