Revolution Nutrition Whey Protein Scam?
I noticed this powder online. 6 lbs of whey protein concentrate going for 99 CAD on sale for 54 or 59 CAD. I’m suspicious cause I only see positive reviews and nothing negative. Also I’ve never heard of the brand before. I’m just trying to get more protein in while cutting and trying to find the cheapest brands that are the best. I ordered from them in early December. It took a whole month for my order to arrive. When it hadn’t shipped out after 10 days, I reached out via email and they basically told me “I don’t know how long it will take but we can give you a refund if you want”. Not super helpful.
I expressed my frustrations on their Facebook page and it was immediately deleted. I 100% agree with you that they delete any sort of negative feedback, on their website and their social media. Which I really dislike.
But the protein powders did finally arrive and they’re pretty yummy. I’m enjoying the isolate splash especially, it is like a nice sweet juice drink. The whey flavours are good too (I got vanilla cake, lemon meringue, churro and chocolate cake).
They are a legit brand, you can find them in all sorts of stores across Canada. But the review deleting thing is super sketchy.
It’s not a scam. Any whey protein is really good source of protein, amino acids profile is great, it means it contains all the essential amino acids in adequate amounts, absorption is rapid too. With that being said “revolution nutrition” is overpriced as it does not provide any other benefits compared to any generic brand of whey protein.. just buy what you like and tastes good within the comfortable price range.
